Does anyone here actually eat 'bell peppers' 😋😍
 Ingredients: 
6 medium green peppers 
1 pound ground beef 
1 chopped onion 
1 (6 7/8 ounce) can Ronnie rice mix, Spanish flavor 
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce 1
 1 teaspoon sugar 1 (14 1/2 ounce) tomatoes (for use in making rice) 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup American cheese 
Directions:
 Step 1: Remove tops and seeds from peppers; pepper barbecue for 5 minutes and drain. 
Step 2: Place Peppers in a baking dish. Combine the ground beef and onions and cook together until done. Drain and set aside.
 Step 3: Prepare the rice rune according to package directions. When the rice is done, combine it with the beef and onions. Fill the peppers with the rice mixture.
 Step 4: Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar with the tomato sauce and pour this around the peppers (not done). Step 5: Cover the baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes then uncover and top with shredded cheese. 
Step 6: Bake uncovered for 5 minutes Extra to melt the cheese. Serve with tomato sauce.
